Returns
At Sevi Waves, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Swimwear must have the hygiene protection sticker intact.
- The item must show no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for items that:
- Have been worn or used.
- Have been washed or altered.
- Do not include original tags.
- In the case of swimwear, do not have the hygiene protection sticker attached.

- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (optional).
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period of time.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
In such cases, Sevi Waves will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
